Video DISPATCH, LLC Terms for Equipment Sales
This page details the terms and policies of Video DISPATCH, LLC ("SELLER"), a North Carolina company. These terms apply to all equipment and product sales. By moving forward with a purchase, the BUYER agrees to these terms, Video DISPATCH, LLC ("SELLER") may assign or delegate these Terms of Service in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without the BUYER'S (or potential BUYER's) consent. BUYER (or potential BUYER) may not assign or delegate any rights or obligations under the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy without the prior written consent of VIDEO DISPATCH, LLC ("SELLER"), and any unauthorized assignment or delegation by you is void. VIDEO DISPATCH, LLC ("SELLER") reserves the right to modify, alter, generate addition policies or addendums to these terms and also retro-actively apply them to any order (past, completed, in-progress, or future).
Return Policy

BUYER must carefully examine the products / equipment purchased (“Goods”) immediately upon receipt and notify Video DISPATCH, LLC (“Reseller”) in writing of any defects within 5 calendar days of delivery, upon which the SELLER will advise you.

If BUYER does not notify the SELLER of any defects in accordance with first point BUYER will be deemed to have accepted the Goods. In the event the goods are fault or damaged, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer directly for resolve under warranty, which is solely based on the manufacturer's RMA process and policies. Goods will only be returned to The SELLER at the sole discretion of the SELLER. Not all items are subject to return if defective.

For returns outside of product defects, Return shipments without prior authorization will be refused. VideoDISPATCH, LLC permits Returns within 30 Days of Purchase. BEFORE returning items for any reason, an email must be sent to info@videodispatch.net with the reason for the return and serial number information. Approval of return is at the sole discretion of Video DISPATCH, LLC. Video DISPATCH, LLC will only consider returns that are unused and in the original packaging.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and will be credited less freight (except for in warranty repairs or items shipped in error by VideoDISPATCH, LLC). BUYER will be responsible for the cost of delivering the Goods to the Seller/Manufacturer/Distributor (whichever one is applicable) and remain responsible for their insurance until the return is processed and approved. Refund checks have a $10 processing fee and Wire Transfers have a $25 fee. Any items that comes in contact with head, ears or mouth are also non-returnable. Any returns over 30 days have a greater chance of refusal.
Shipping Policy
SELLER often will offer free shipping on purchased Goods, but not always. In the event the item is too large or heavy, SELLER reserves the right to revoke any advertised or agreed upon free-shipping on an item. Although SELLER does their very best to update each customer with accurate shipping expectations (such as if the product is on backorder or available for immediate shipment) there is no guarantee on availability or shipment processing time.
